Negav's Higher Tier

The Higher Tier is smaller than the other two, though significantly elevated, having been built on a hill in the centre of Negav. This is where the Ps'isol magiocrats and Vishmitals have their headquarters and hold consul. It's also where the mansions of the very wealthy and influential Negavians are. At it's centre is the The Isolon Eye, around which are the administrative buildings of the Magiocrats.

Isolon University of Magic

The Isolon university is the place where new mages are formed, under the strict supervision of Ps'isol magiocrats. It's an extremely powerful institution, largely built on revenues from the Ascarlin extraction.

The inside of the university is truly majestic : Once you pass throught the tall doors , you are greeted by the gemmed statue of Tedomes Malek, the founder of the university, standing proudly in the middle of the reception hall and landing a stern look at those who pass through. large hallways with glittering marble floors, oppulent ornaments vast class rooms

You quickly realize that the inside of the buidling is much larger than it should be.

There is some darker sections as well with intricate hallways leading to hidden places, shady research labs or storage areas. Venturing in those section without knowing where you are going is dangerous and unadvised, and several students have simply disappeared without leaving a trace

The trial room, which is in fact a portal to various small pocket worlds used by mages to put their magic into use There is even an amenaged corner of the Felaryan jungle that has been recreated here. Probably the only place in the university where you run a genuine risk of being eaten.

The Nexus is the core of Magiocrats's power. You have strictly no chance to enter this area without being authorized. Some of the most powerful spells ward the area, War golems patroll the halls, along with the most elite members of the Isolon fist. Not to mention than any person walking in ths section is most likey an extremely powerful mage themselves.
