Mezzus is a powerful human archmage who used to live in Negav but left for Kortiki town when the Ps'isol magiocrats took over.

He is very famous for his extensive studies on Felaryan fairies and is fascinated by them. He is one of the only human who can come and go in the Fairy kingdom as he wish.
