Espherazas

Espherazas are a species of succubi, mainly found in the hell realm of Tival-Makhos.
A secretive and recluse lot, they are rarely seen in the outside among others demons. They are easy to recognize though, as they usually possess very long flowing hair that seem to float with a life of its own in an almost hypnotic fashion. Their skin tends to be in the spectrum of grey, from light to dark, although more colored specimens exist as well. Espherazas are often referred to as smoke-succubi as they possess the unique ability to instantly turn their bodies - or part of their bodies- into smoke, and to revert to flesh at will. This innate ability is as natural as breathing to them. Many of those succubi will alter their form without even thinking, shifting an arm in the middle of a movement to be faster for example, or even as a mannerism when the rest of their body stand still. It's not uncommon for an espheraza to sleep in a large vase in smoke form rather than in a bed, leading some to speculate those succubi are actually half elementals.
Some espherazas honed that ability into a fearsome weapon in combat, able to deflect blows directed at them by instantly turning the attacked part of their body into smoke, and striking back at blinding speed. They love to stand in ambient smoke that they can use to their advantages, either by absorbing it in order to add to their own mass or imbuing it with properties, making it hallucinogenic for example, soporific or even poisonous. The espherazas is not immune to those effects herself, although she will likely be much less affected by them than her target, as they train regularly by standing among those fumes. As a result, many demons call them "stoned as a chunk of Boturil". Imbued smoke can't be absorbed by the espheraza for a while though, lest the succubus would fully suffer its effects
A more uncommon trick in their toolbox is to turn ambient smoke into replicas of objects or even of themselves. Unlike the clones of an Obrazyn however, these replicas are basic, non-sentient and will quickly dissipate back into smoke if attacked or if the espheraza's concentration is broken. Those abilities make espherazas formidable opponents to face in their territory, with the air full of smoke coming from the many censers they love to decorate their home with, and it's very ill-advised to even try. However a confident, smug and in control espheraza in her home can quickly turn to a nervous, fidgety and cautious demon when outside, where wind can disable a large part of her tricks. In such situations an espheraza can't easily turn into smoke without risking losing parts of herself and becoming weaker as a result. When she loses mass she becomes smaller as well, until she is able to absorb some smoke back. Needless to say they hate being outside and some of them even developed a serious phobia for it.
Like most succubi, espherazas are voracious and love to stuff their stomach with damned souls they see as delicious delicacies. They sometimes use an uncommon way for devouring prey, turning to a thick plume of smoke and enveloping them before turning back to flesh, with their prey snugly trapped inside their stomach. They can engulf entire groups this way, very quickly and very silently.
