Léa is a young human woman and Crisis's best friend. She possesses a captivating and extraordinarily beautiful voice, both when she talks and when she sings. She is wise, clever and knows lots of things, having traveled much and survived multiple dimensions and different worlds. For a long time she was a slave on Balfrezagg, a cruel and merciless world where she progressively grew used to the most extreme forms of torture, both physical and psychological. Because of this, Léa has absolutely no fear of death or pain whatsoever, and stay perfectly calm in the face of danger. Unfortunately, that torture also made her cold and insensitive to the misfortune of others; she cares only about her closest friends.
This insensitivity is the reason why Léa doesn't mind watching Crisis swallow another human alive, and why she doesn't mind laying on her friend's belly during the digestion that shortly follows. Instead of being shocked, Léa is actually glad to see her naga friend satiated and happy, and she sees it as nothing more than a proof that Crisis is healthy. Léa could be described as being sweet and gentle on the outside, but being very hardened inside. She is a good friend of the fairy Subeta, because they both share the same love for exploration.
This same friend once gave her a magical amulet as a token of their friendship. This amulet makes its wearer undetectable to the special sense that some Felaryan predators possess. When she first got it she discovered that her friends that had that "special sense" were uncomfortable that they could see, hear, even smell her, but not sense her. Because of this, she doesn't wear it around them as a courtesy. Vivian, one of Crisis's friends, is a good mage and has sensed a particular latent talent in Léa for magic that controls the weather. This talent has yet to develop to any real degree.
Lea lives in the Giant tree with Crisis and Anna. she has her own little home, a hole in the trunk of the tree, that she arranged with furnitures and her belongings. Interestingly, the hole connects to a small network of tunnels inside the bark, leading to diffrent rooms and parts of the tree.
Backstory
Some time ago the Balfrezagg kingdom where Léa was a slave was attacked and almost razed by more advanced invaders. Léa survived the assault, only to be captured by the invaders and prepared for transport to their world.. However, due to a dimensional disturbance they were forced to pass through Felarya, where they attracted the attention of a particular blond haired naga. Although Léa's new masters were nicer than her previous ones, they still treated her very badly. So Léa didn't cry much when Crisis ate them.
Locked in a cage, right in the middle of the convoy when Crisis attacked, Léa saw the naga eat her new masters one by one, quickly gulping them down at first, but then taking her time and teasing the last few a bit, as she usually does. Having finished them off, she then took Léa's cage and raised it to her mouth. At this point Léa was calmly accepting her fate and spoke to Crisis, saying "Thank you for freeing me, for even a little while." Léa's beautiful voice intrigued Crisis and instead of devouring her she talked back. Impressed by Léa's calmness, and by her voice, Crisis asked her what her story was. Léa told it and, being a wonderful story-teller, the naga was moved. A true and very solid friendship developed between the two. Léa was free for the first time in her life thank to Crisis and Crisis had found a wise friend who was always up for conversation, and who had seen a lot. And Crisis adores stories !
