Supernatural beings with the body of a human and great feathered wings. Angels are extraordinary beautiful with delicate and sweet features. They are universally portrayed as kindhearted, loyal and friendly. Powerful as well, and endowed with great wisdom and legendary protective healing magic.
However these traits varies a lot from one species to another. There is actually many kind of angels, some of them not nearly as gentle as people think...
Angels radiate an aura that reflect and magnify their mood. For example ,a sad angel in a city would make all the neighbourhood sad as well.
Harming an angel is very hard for a regular mortal... The attacker would find themselves unable to strike the blow, unless they have a great force of will. And if they ever hurt the angel, they will feel horribly bad about it. ( not to mention the fact that, like succubi, Angels are usually giant-sized )

The size of Angel. Most angels that come to Felarya are giant. They are very rare though, and.. well rather suspicious.
angels hardly leave heaven and if one come to Felarya, their motives can be questionnable.
Some angels tasted humans one way or another ( such as damned ) and some of them became accustomed to it. So an adventurer suddenly coming across a beautiful bright winged creature in the Felaryan jungle may be in for an unpleaseant surprise. The differece with other predators is that the angel will apologize before swallowing their prey... Which don't make much difference for the said prey, as angel's stomach is definitely not more of a good place to be than a succubus'
This fact remains largely unknown as the angel try to be as discrete as possible, sometimes using magic to help it. And who could ever suspect such a pure, innocent creature anyway ?
