Frost Peak is a massive 17,000 foot tall mountain, standing in the middle of the Navroze range to the north of the Ixtapal marshes. The summit of Frost Peak is constantly battered by fierce sub-zero winds, strong enough to knock a traveler from a cliff, and the air is almost unbreathable. The atmosphere around Frost Peak seems thicker than normal. The upper two-thirds of the mountain are covered with ice and snow, making the surface extremely slick and hiding treacherous crevasses, caves, and of course, predators. From snow dryads to the dreaded ice wyrms, most of the inhabitants of Frost Peak see humans as a sweet and all too rare delicacy.
Miratan military base
Danger: Very Low
Inhabitants: humans, naga
A solid military complex, home of the Miratans based on Felarya. The base is situated inside the hollow top part of Frost Peak and the only entrance is defended by two large defense turrets with heavy cannons. Inside, a large vehicle bay is built against the far side of the hollow interior, with a town center including the governor general's residence and troop barracks at the center. Farms occupy most of the remaining land, with homes for the base's inhabitants built between the fields. The base is an impregnable fortress, although it remains virtually unknown to the other human communities on Felarya. Notably, the base is the home of Rin, a giant ice naga who has been raised by the Miratans and is now part of their army.
The Miratan military base belongs to Randomdude. This idea have been submitted before the November 15th, 2009 and their author didn't approve the disclaimer. Thus you must ask their permission before any use.
